Cancellation Policy

Dare 2 Dance – Participation Waiver & Release By enrolling in or attending any Dare 2 Dance (D2D) classes, workshops, programs, rehearsals, performances, or related activities, I acknowledge and agree to the following: General Acknowledgement & Assumption of Risk - I understand that participation in dance, fitness, and movement activities (including but not limited to pilates, dance, stretching, and acro) involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. - I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation (or my child’s participation) in classes, rehearsals, performances, workshops, or events conducted by Dare 2 Dance. - I accept full responsibility for my own (or my child’s) health, wellbeing, and safety while participating in any D2D activity. Release of Liability - I release, discharge, and indemnify Dare 2 Dance, its directors, employees, teachers, staff, representatives, and agents from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, costs, or liability arising out of or connected to participation in any D2D activities. - This release applies to injuries, accidents, illnesses, or damages that may occur before, during, or after participation, except where directly caused by D2D’s proven negligence. Medical Consent -In the case of illness or injury, I authorise Dare 2 Dance staff to obtain emergency medical treatment on my behalf (or my child’s behalf) if deemed necessary, including the calling of an ambulance. I accept full financial responsibility for any such treatment. Code of Conduct - I agree to respect Dare 2 Dance staff, fellow participants, and facilities. I will follow all safety instructions and class requirements. - I understand that D2D reserves the right to discontinue my enrolment/participation at its discretion if behaviour, payment, or safety obligations are not met. Media Consent - I consent to Dare 2 Dance using photographs and/or video of myself (or my child) for marketing and publicity purposes, including print and digital media. If I do not wish to be photographed or filmed, I will notify Dare 2 Dance in writing or via the D2D App "Photo Opt-Out" option. Additional Notes for Children’s Enrolment (applies only if signing on behalf of a minor) - I acknowledge that children’s participation may involve additional commitments such as costume purchases, concert performances, and adherence to D2D’s enrolment terms. - I agree that as the parent/guardian, I am responsible for ensuring all fees, uni
